Here Are The Guests For Trump’s Joint Address To Congress

Donald Trump will be giving his joint address to Congress Tuesday night.

He will be inviting many people who “come from all different walks of life with incredible stories about the disaster wrought by the previous administration, and the historic achievements President Trump has already enacted to usher in the Golden Age of America.”

Rapid Response 47:

Meet the special people who will join the First Lady and President Trump at the U.S. Capitol when President Trump delivers his address to a joint session of Congress.

These men, women, and families come from all different walks of life with incredible stories about the disaster wrought by the previous administration, and the historic achievements President Trump has already enacted to usher in the Golden Age of America.

— Elliston Berry from Aledo, TX: Elliston is a 15-year-old who was the victim of computer-generated deepfakes created by a bully at her school intended to humiliate and degrade Elliston and her friends.

— The Comperatore Family from Sarver, PA: Helen, Allyson, and Kaylee are the widow and daughters of Corey Comperatore, a firefighter who was killed by the gunman who also shot President Trump during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania in July 2024.

— Jeff Denard from Decatur, AL: Jeff has spent nearly three decades working at a steel plant owned by Nucor Steel. His good paying, middle class job at the steel plant has allowed Jeff to serve as volunteer firefighter, provide a loving home to dozens of foster children, and organize his fellow steelworkers to respond to natural disasters, including Hurricane Helene.

— Stephanie Diller from Long Island, NY: Stephanie is the widow of Jonathan Diller, an NYPD officer who was murdered at a traffic stop in Queens in March 2024 by a repeat criminal who was allowed to roam the streets.

— Haley Ferguson from Spring Hill, TN: Haley is a former foster child, a senior at Middle Tennessee State University majoring in Elementary Education, and a Fostering the Future scholarship recipient, which was launched by the First Lady’s organization, Be Best.

— Marc and Malphine Fogel from Butler, PA: Marc is an American history teacher who was held hostage by the Russian government and wrongfully sentenced to 14 years in a Russian prison. On February 12th, President Trump fulfilled his promise to Malphine, Marc’s 95-year-old mother, that he would bring Marc home.

— January Littlejohn from Tallahassee, FL: January is a mother and parents’ rights advocate who sued the School Board of Leon County after school officials at her daughter’s middle school socially transitioned her daughter to a different sexual identity without January and her husband’s knowledge or permission. The school drove a wedge between January’s daughter and her parents, and deceived January about their covert plan to transition her daughter.

— Payton McNabb from Murphy, NC: Payton is a former high school athlete who had her dreams of competing in college sports crushed in a September 2022 volleyball match when a biological man playing on the opposing women’s team spiked the volleyball at Payton’s face, leaving her with a traumatic brain injury. Payton joined with the Independent Women’s Forum and has made it her mission to put an end to this brutal unfairness.

— Allyson and Lauren Phillips from Woodstock, GA: Allyson and Lauren are the mother and sister of Laken Riley, a young female nursing student who was murdered by an illegal alien during a morning jog. The Biden administration apprehended and released Laken’s murderer into the country under its reckless open border policies. The very first bill President Trump signed into law this year was named in Laken’s honor.

— Alexis Nungaray from Houston, TX: Alexis is an angel mom and the mother of Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl who was murdered by two illegal aliens during a walk to a corner store. The Biden administration apprehended and released these vicious illegal aliens into the country just weeks before Jocelyn’s murder.

— Roberto Ortiz from Weslaco, TX: Roberto has served with U.S. Border Patrol for nearly a decade, and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and California State Guard. He has been shot at repeatedly by cartel members while performing his duties near the Rio Grande River in Texas.

Report: Dems Planning Protests Before Trump’s Speech

Donald Trump will be addressing Congress for the first time since 2020 on Tuesday.

Trump vowed, “I will tell it like it is!”

Epoch Times reported:

When President Donald Trump addresses a joint session of Congress on Tuesday, he is expected to outline his policy agenda with a focus on three pressing challenges: the war in Ukraine, tariffs, and a potential government shutdown.

This will be Trump’s first address to Congress since his 2020 State of the Union address, less than two months before the pandemic upended his first administration’s priorities. Trump’s talk will mark the only time a president has given a post-inaugural address to Congress after a five-year gap.

“Tomorrow will be big,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform March 3. “I will tell it like it is!”

The 47th president’s address will begin at 9 p.m. EST.

Democrats are reportedly plotting widespread protests.

Fox News reported:

Democratic lawmakers are planning widespread protests at President Donald Trump’s speech to Congress on Tuesday night, but party members are debating how far to go.

Many far-left Democrats are advocating for major disruptions at the event, ranging from outright walkouts to using noisemakers to drown out Trump’s speech, Axios reported Tuesday. Some of the more moderate ideas floated reportedly include carrying egg cartons to highlight costs, carrying protest signs, and coordinating outfits.

“The part that we all agree on is that this is not business as usual and we would like to find a way — productively — to express our outrage,” one lawmaker told Axios.

Other Democrats discussed plans to storm out of the chamber if Trump crosses certain rhetorical lines, such as discussing gender-confused youths.

Honda Producing Next Civic In Indiana After Tariffs

Honda is producing its next generation of Civic hybrids in Indiana and not Mexico.

This move is in response to Trump’s tariffs on Mexico.

Reuters reported:

Sources say Honda has decided to produce its next-generation Civic hybrid in the U.S. state of Indiana.

The switch from Mexico is to avoid potential tariffs on one of its top-selling car models, the people familar with the matter have said.

The change underscores how manufacturers are scrambling to adapt to U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed 25% tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada.

“I WILL TELL IT LIKE IT IS!” – Trump Sends Message Before Address To Congress

Donald Trump will be addressing Congress on Tuesday.

The address will be at 9 p.m.

Fox News reported:

President Donald Trump will address a Joint Session of Congress on Tuesday, March 4 at 9 p.m. ET.

The forum is not officially a State of the Union address, which traditionally comes during the second, third and fourth year of a presidency.

House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., invited Trump earlier this month to address Congress on Tuesday.

“Thanks to your strong leadership and bold action in the first days of your presidency, the United States is already experiencing a resurgence of patriotism, unity, and hope for the future,” Johnson wrote in a letter to Trump first obtained by Fox News Digital.

Donald Trump touted the address saying it “will be big” and that he “will tell it like it is!”

Truth Social:

TOMORROW NIGHT WILL BE BIG. I WILL TELL IT LIKE IT IS!

Biden White House Official Reveals Biden Admin’s Biden Mental Decline Cover-Up

The truth is being exposed.

Michael LaRosa, longtime press secretary to former first lady Jill Biden, exposed in a recent seminar that the Biden White House covered up his mental decline from “Day One.”

LaRosa said that Biden’s team was “scared to death” of letting him do unrehearsed press conferences.

Fox News reported:

A former Biden White House official claims that his colleagues “gaslit” the public and journalists concerned about former President Biden’s age and cognitive abilities.

During a Wednesday seminar held by Puck reporter Tara Palmeri at the Sine Institute of Policy and Politics at American University, longtime press secretary to former first lady Jill Biden, Michael LaRosa, opened up about efforts to shield Biden from media exposure.

While LaRosa was hesitant to characterize these efforts as a “cover-up,” he admitted that the White House was aware from “day one” that the former president’s age was an issue.

The former White House official also claimed that Biden’s team was “scared to death” about letting the former president engage in impromptu and unrehearsed press conferences, telling Palmeri that Biden simply “couldn’t compete for the attention economy.”

“They just couldn’t do it. They didn’t have any idea. And they didn’t have the vessel either in Biden, by the way, who would have done anything. He loves TV. He loves doing stuff. It was the orbit that did not trust their own candidate,” he added.

Trump: We Are Working On Temporary Government Funding Bill Until End Of September

Republicans are working to clean up the mess Joe Biden left behind.

Donald Trump said that Republicans are working on a “government funding Bill” that would go “to the end of September.”

Truth Social:

As usual, Sleepy Joe Biden left us a total MESS. The Budget from last YEAR is still not done. We are working very hard with the House and Senate to pass a clean, temporary government funding Bill (“CR”) to the end of September. Let’s get it done!

Government funding expires on March 14th.

CBS News reported:

Congress is barreling toward a deadline to avert a government shutdown in just over two weeks, with Democrats and Republicans at odds over whether there should be guardrails on President Trump’s ability to withhold funding approved by Congress.

Democrats want to insert language in the funding bill to ensure that the administration implements the spending directed by Congress, a reaction to Mr. Trump and top adviser Elon Musk’s work to downsize large swaths of the executive branch. But Republicans have made it clear that they won’t accept those terms.

Government funding expires on March 14, and keeping the government open past the deadline will likely require bipartisan support in both the House and Senate. Republicans control 53 seats in the Senate, but a funding measure requires 60 votes for passage. In the House, Republicans are operating with a razor-thin majority and a divided conference in which conservatives regularly vote against government spending bills.

Liberal Pundits Meltdown Over Jeff Bezos Washington Post Change

Jeff Bezos made major changes at the Washington Post.

Bezos announced, “We are going to be writing every day in support and defense of two pillars: personal liberties and free markets…We’ll cover other topics too of course, but viewpoints opposing those pillars will be left to be published by others.”

Epoch Times reported:

Jeff Bezos has announced new guidelines for opinion pages published in the Washington Post.

“We are going to be writing every day in support and defense of two pillars: personal liberties and free markets,” Bezos wrote on social media platform X. “We’ll cover other topics too of course, but viewpoints opposing those pillars will be left to be published by others.”

Bezos revealed the changes on Wednesday by sharing a note he sent to his team.

Bezos added that he believes the topics are underserved in today’s media landscape and he’s excited to “fill that void.”

Liberal Pundits melted down over this.

Fox News reported:

The New Yorker’s David Remnick joined MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Thursday to discuss the Post and said, “This is a terrible tragedy. This is the paper of the Pentagon Papers and Watergate and so much more.”

“And Jeff Bezos bought The Washington Post for half the price of his boat, and he has treated it like a rubber dinghy, and it is a terrible tragedy,” Remnick continued. He argued that Bezos was “throwing up his hands and kissing the ring of the president of the United States,” out of fear of the president, “who is behaving himself as an incipient authoritarian.”

Former Washington Post editor Marty Baron also slammed the Post during a conversation on “Morning Joe” Wednesday, when host Joe Scarborough asked him to talk about the shake-up, which he said was shocking.

“I’m in favor of free expression. You know, it’s right there in the First Amendment. And news organizations have always honored free expression by having a variety of points of view on their opinion pages.” Baron said.

“But Bezos now is just shutting that down. And he’s saying that only his point of view is going to be represented on those pages. And that really is a betrayal of the heritage of the Washington Post. And I think a betrayal of the very idea of free expression,” he added.
